SMS Terms.

These terms apply to the GapSure SMS program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from GapSure as described below.

1. Program

The GapSure SMS program sends account notifications, requested information, service updates, and customer care messages to individuals who have opted in. GapSure is the message sender.

These terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about SMS data practices, the Privacy Policy controls.

2. Opt-in

GapSure sends SMS messages only after you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively accepting these terms through a GapSure opt-in form, written agreement, or another GapSure opt-in method that clearly discloses the program. We record the date, time, method, and disclosures associated with your consent.

If you do not want to receive SMS messages, do not provide consent. You can still contact us by email or phone.

3. Messages

Messages may include:

  • Confirmation that we received your request.
  • Updates about an access request or service inquiry.
  • Service, security, or account notifications.
  • Customer care and support follow-ups.

We do not send messages to individuals who have not opted in. We do not use the SMS program for unrelated promotional campaigns.

4. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging charges apply. GapSure does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.

5. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any GapSure SMS message to cancel. After you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers that help us deliver SMS messages, only for that purpose and subject to confidentiality obligations. All other categories of information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device, and network conditions. The SMS program may be unavailable in some locations or on some carriers.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
